Mortgages

It is possible to arrange for a Mortgage (Bond) to finance most of the properties that are offered for sale.

The requirements are very much the same as in most countries and will require you to complete an application form and submit it with supporting documentation to the relevant Financial institutions.

The maximum bond for non-residents is normally 70% of the purchase price.
